We provide a comprehensive catalog of computer software products through the GoodBuy Purchasing Cooperative. This partnership allows members to acquire technology solutions through an efficient, cost-effective, and competitive procurement method.

Why Use the GoodBuy Cooperative?

Since 1992, the GoodBuy Purchasing Cooperative (formerly the Multi-Regional Purchasing Program) has assisted members with streamlined purchasing. All contracts are compliant with:

  • Texas School Law Bulletin: Sec. 44.031 Purchasing Contracts
  • Texas Government Code: Title 7 Intergovernmental Relations, Sec. 791 Interlocal Cooperation Contracts
Eligible Entities Include:
  • Education: ISDs, Charter Schools, Religious-based Schools, Colleges, and Universities.
  • Government: City and County governmental entities.
  • Community: Non-profit organizations and Day Care Centers.
